I have now started in my new store - not at Stansted as originally planned but at Danbury which is closer to home. the weather has been fantastic for the Easter hols, which bodes well for a good summer we hope.

I now have a twitter account - @arussell99 - and I can be found on Linkedin which is an interesting and useful service.
I am using an old work photo on my various networking tools. I almost look like a proper grown up!  I have finally started my new job, on the Options management trainee programme with Tesco. I needed a change from hospitality as a career but in an industry in which my skills would be relevant. So far, so good!
Mum went mad and bought a trampoline. Dad did the rest. Floppy the rabbit hasn't had a go yet, but i'm sure it won't be long!  The wikimapia thing seems more up to date and easier to navigate. I have set up a link (Links page) which opens on the cottage (as it was 2 years ago). Google earth images of the area are at least 4 years old. To navigate left click and hold and move the cursor.
Saw this lorry on the QE2 bridge - I can't believe it! - beer for drivers! Italian by the way. Explains a lot.  We had some visitors at Easter, Celia from Portugal and Aunty Sue and family from Luton. There are some photos in New Photos if you click on the Flickr link.  Julio attempted the fastest crossing of the river but was slowed down by forgetting to take off his clothes. Other highlights are the boys continuing attempts to outdo Tony Hawks with their skateboarding.
Ivone has had to return to Madeira for the funeral of her Granny. We will all miss Granny as she was a very kind and gentle lady who loved us all.
Boys are in fancy dress for last day of term to raise money for charity. I will try and post photos later. Daniel has just spent the week on a residential activity stay at Finsborough in Sussex. I'll let Daniel describe his week....
I loved it there! On my first day I hopped onto the coach from school and went on a 1 hour trip. When we ( me and my school-mates) finally came into the room-house we were shown around. Through-out the week that we stayed we did activity's such as,quad-bikes,rifle shooting,archery, kayaking/canoeing.We did 'jungle jim'.Genrally throwing bags of water and flour at each other!(main target:miss staley (head-teacher!))on the last day we partied. ps. I slept in bunks(me in bottom!) with my friends,robert,max,brandon&lewis. | What's this then?
